In order to assure our compliance with the recent anti-spam legislation (Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003), we are posting this web page to allow our valued members to confirm their preference to receive email messages with special offers from our present or future advertisers. 

With your permission, we will occasionally send you targeted email messages with news about technology solutions and special offers from qualified third parties.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, there will be a clear unsubscribe procedure for both Eco-Photo Explorers and the advertiser on every message, as well as a physical address for further questions.

If you wish to receive these targeted, third party offers via email, simply visit our Online Contact Form, choose "Wish to receive targeted, third party offers" and fill out all required information and email this form back to Eco-Photo Explorers.

If you do not want to receive advertising offers via email, no action is required on your part - your email address will not be added to our 3rd party mailing list unless you send us email stating you wish to receive targeted, third party offers as stated above.

How to Decide

In the interest of helping you decide whether you do want email messages or not, below are some of the guidelines we are following. Eco-Photo Explorers does not want to be sending you unwanted messages.

1. You will be given the chance to "opt out" of both Eco-Photo Explorers' list and the advertiser's list with every message. There will be a clear procedure at the bottom of each message which tells you how to do this.
2. You will also know which messages come to you as result of our list because each message will have a header which lets you know the message is being brought to you by Eco-Photo Explorers. Only Eco-Photo Explorers' will send these messages from our lists.
3. Each offer that is sent to you will have been carefully screened. We will use our best judgment to assure that you only receive appropriate, well targeted offers.
4. You will not be inundated with messages. We will restrict the number of messages sent to a reasonable number.
