Through exhibits and other programs, the Atlantis Marine World is helping to stimulate and enhance the public's knowledge of the marine environment. We are also proud to have some of our underwater photography on display at Atlantis Marine World.

Long Island Aquarium & Exhibition Center (Atlantis Marine World Aquarium)

- 800 square foot natural rocks cape pool for harbor seals - in front of the aquarium

- Take a scenic and educational river tour - Naturalists will guide and educate the passengers while cruising along the banks of the Peconic River and Flanders Bay
- Touch Tanks - These exhibits allow children as well as adults get close and personal with various marine animals
- Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation - Exhibits will focus on Long Island and the New York State Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Stranding Program

As a passenger on the Atlantis Explorer, you will also participate in their exclusive "Shoreline Stroll." During the course of the cruise, the boat will "beach" itself in a remote region along the Peconic River. After disembarking, Atlantis Explorer naturalists will conduct a brief wetlands tour of the local flora, fauna and wildlife. Tours are conducted by certified naturalists from Cornell Cooperative Extension's Marine Program.
